Discover now our new table view, allowing you to display your data more effectively with our new filters and column ordering.
Access to the new table view
To access this new table view, simply open the side menu, which already allows you to access the mixed, mosaic, or map view. You will find the new option 'New Table View.' This new table view will display 50 first rows, if you want to show more data, you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Show more".
This dropdown menu also allows you to return to the old table view by selecting 'Table View.'
Select, order, and pin columns
One of the main new features of this version is the ability to select, order, and pin your columns as you wish. These changes are saved seamlessly during use.
The right-hand menu, titled 'Columns', allows you to select the columns to display using a checkbox. You can find all the fields in your form and select the desired ones.
To change the column order, you can use the drag handle located to the right of the checkbox.
It is also possible to change the order of the columns directly in the table by dragging and dropping the column headers to the desired position.
To pin a column, you can use the menu available in the header (see screenshot below)
Add filter
To refine the data in the table, it is possible to apply one or more filters to the columns of your table.
The right-hand menu, titled 'Filters,' allows you to select the filter(s) to apply to your data. You will find a list of fields present in your form and the ability to configure the corresponding filter.
Once the configuration is completed, you can filter your data by clicking the 'Apply' button.
An icon will appear next to the field name to indicate an active filter on that column. The total number of active filters will be shown in parentheses on the side menu.
It is also possible to add a filter directly from the header of your column using the menu available on it (see screenshot above).
Mass actions
To perform the existing mass actions (create a report, export, duplicate, modify, and delete), you have the option to select one or more rows from your table.
A column containing a checkbox for each row is pinned to the left of the table to allow you to select the desired data. If you wish to select all the rows, simply click on the checkbox in the table header and confirm the full selection using the informational message in the banner 'Select X items' (see illustration below).
You can then perform your mass actions as in the old table view, using the dropdown menu at the top right,
Reset all filters and columns modifications
If you want to reset all yours filters and columns modification, you just have to click on "Reset" menu, and you will have the choice between "Reset all filters" and "Reset my custom view".
